Explora Rapa Nui is an all-inclusive lodge in the grasslands outside Hanga Roa, with views of the ocean. Chilean architect José Cruz Ovalle designed it. It has 30 rooms: 26 Varua rooms and 4 larger Raa suites, each with an ocean or garden view and a jetted bathtub.
The rate covers meals, drinks, national park fees, airport transfers, spa access and more than 30 guided outings with bilingual guides, from hikes and bike rides to snorkelling and paddleboarding. The kitchen serves Polynesian and Chilean food with Chilean wines. To unwind there's the Hare Vaka spa, a sauna, an outdoor pool and a hot tub.
